Hey...what's the story on this inbox viewer that wants to install itself every time I visit this site? Is it legit?? My anti virus (a really good one) blocks it. Is this approved by BAND MIX??

Nope, never seen anything myself. A qick google shows that the Inbox Viewer is malware, and the popups you re getting must have happened when you visited some site (or possibly an email) that had the thing embedded in it.
I guess its triggere dby going to forums, as all the google matches show that.

Nope, never seen it before so it's most likely malicious. Ignore it and run some malware scans like Malwarebytes. Google it.
