Conor you have to tune that guitar before anyone will even listen. From what I heard that means going back and developing a full understanding tuning a difficult instrument like guitar.
We just did a go around about TUNERS... Most of those posts won't help you. I would suggest a good teacher that will sit down and spend some time covering guitar intonation, set up, and tuning.
Just trying to help you make your recordings sound better immediately.

Got to learn to tune that guitar before hitting the 'record' button. In the second song, the bass is not in tune with the guitar either. And you need to find a lead vocalist, or at least learn to sing on key. The second song, again, your are hunting all over for the right notes.
Don't give up, just start working on what needs to improve.

Yup... ditto the above.
You have some decent ideas and your emotions are coming through... But you need to tighten it up from the tuning to the performances. And you'll be fine... just fine.
