Federal regulation causing beer prices to rise

The beer industry usually gives or sells their spent grain at low prices to the cattle industry for feed. The Feds are forcing the beer industry to process that grain before disposing it thus increasing their operating cost. Get ready to pay more for beer this summer. Just saw this on the news.

That'll probably affect the big companies (Bud, Miller) more than the smaller places and microbrewers.
But everything else is going up (except for my pay) ...

The rare occasion I drink a beer I drink imports anyway...gimme a dark imported Ale (usually German) or forget it...American beer is nasty stuff so I don't care what they charge for it. I won't touch it.
