Our President spent over an hour and a half trying to explain with complete rationality, why the Russian president should stand down. The only possible reason for this guy to follow this course is that he hates African Americans.

I say pull all our troops out of Afghanistan, (total wasteland), and send them over to RUSSIA, with love. We don't need the poppys.

I say hang all these white racist bastards up by their toes. How could they possibly ignore our President of the United States of America.

Along with that they completely ignored potus warning to Russia for Russia to stand down in Crimea. Flying the Russian flag over the Crimean government building sure was a funny joke. Those Russians really have a sense of humor. Now those silly Russians want to establish military bases in more than seven countries, several of which are in our hemisphere. What a bunch of pranksters those Russians are. Evidently potus scared them half to death with his thee minute speech. Nobody messes with "fearless leader"

why don't you two trot over to lunaticoutpost .comm and see what the actual residents of that region are posting about this.. for starters the rebellion in Kiev was funded by the West.., 2. their elected president was FORCED to resign by the traitorous ruffians who no doubt partaken in the rioting.. 3. Russia has to protect their military bases and can't let lawbreakers disrupt their agenda.. 4. Crimea wants to be Russian and not Ukrainian.. so whats the problem? I am thinking Putin is a smart man and has balls..

Dayne, it sounds as if you are in total support of a leader of one country that will enforce their will against the individual. It also sounds as if you have no concern for the fact that our president... An elected president that stands up for the basic universal right and constitutional values our country believes in... YEAH RIGHT!

They did not like their elected leader, and did not want to wait for an election next year ... so a minority of radicals, without guns, just some 2 x 4's for bats, walked into the government buildings and took over! And the officials of EU and US hold the rioters ... oops, I mean protesters, up as champions of democracy!

They were not afraid of their government taking away their guns

... obviously that sort of thing could never happen here. Too many guns .... and not enough balls!

Exactly Dane. That WAS the point of my post. And this potus hasn't any. He warns, but he is the laughing stock of the world leaders, even the communist dictators that he so admires consider him a joke. Before we had a wishy washy lying wimp for president, Putin didn't dare do the things he is presently doing. Just keep an eye on China. I expect them to expand their territory as well. But maybe your favorite commie blogs will justify that.

This thread was actually a pointed finger at the media that screams that any one that disagrees with our president... is JUST A RACIST.

How you went off on another tangent like that amazes me. Vinny... This is actually a crises situation for those people. This may actually make our president step up to the plate and take responsibility for much more than his personal agenda. Time will tell. Say a prayer.

I quite agree with your analysis in your post. however there are a lot of wildcards.

1) Are the Saudis involved in this? A fair question in that the
Saudi/Israel/Qator 'alliance' were pressuring zero to attack Syria - that was a move against Russian natural gas. The Ukraine is Russia's route to Europe with it's petrol and it's bringing in big dollars

2) Some of the Ukrainian 'freedom fighters' are quite literally Nazis. They claim their descent from the Bandera fighters of WWII who fought against the Jews and Russians, in some cases assisting the einzatsgruppen.
The CIA and West German intelligence ran them post-WWII with the CIA ultimately betraying Bandera to the KGB. Their agenda for Ukraine includes getting rid of the Jews and other such niceties. There are three if these guys in the new cabinet formed in Kiev.

The CIA was active in Kiev - Who were their contacts? I hope to God our people are working with that lot.

3) You can't make this sh*t up category: The Northern Wolves - a large and weird Russian Nationalist Biker gang (with whom Putin has gone on runs and been photographed with ) have ridden into Ukraine. For what purpose? Don't know but there are hundreds of them and I doubt they are there by coincidence.

Mike you might be right, I understand Hitler wanted to annex Ukraine because of the high percentage of German blooded people living there, I have never studied how or why Germans migrated to Ukraine but they are there, so it's not surprising about the neo-Nazi stuff there.. Hitler even wanted an officer under him visitin Stalin to check his earlobes to see if he was Jewish or not.. LOL

Thanks for the insult and attack VINNY. I really enjoyed that Randy Newman video. Once again the ORIGINAL point was not even against our President. However I am glad that you were able to twist it into a personal attack.

At this point in time, OUR president, is faced with a very sticky situation. The consequences go beyond your thought sequence. This could very well destabilize energy prices. People are already HURTING severely. People are actually dying here because of this winter. This could send oil prices soaring, propane , natural gas, even coal.

I know you are not a stupid person... Quite the contrary, you are probably as smart as Yod or even Mark or many of the other players here. BUT...

Now is not the time to attempt a vitriolic attack, but the time to pray for and support a president... Our president... No matter what. Just a note... I don't agree with any of the policies Obama has initiated... But now is not the time to, NOT SUPPORT OUR PRESIDENT.
