Musician Forum - Band Discussion Board - BandMix

I spent the last 3 weeks searching bandmix for a drummer. I sent out about 60 contacts and some did reply, most didn't. I tried out three guys and the third guy was a winner. Lucky three ! Now I am ready to play out. Just to let other musicians know there was a success on this forum. As we have all played with many a musician, its gotta be the right fit -musically and personally. I will be out playing in the spring of 2014. Theres a lot of good cats out there you just have to find them. Keep the faith fellow musicians.

Several years ago I had a similar experience.
Drummer and our bassist were located via Bandmix.
I found the sent to reply ratio at that time to be around 20:1
Would seem that has not changed much . . . if at all.
