Know what you mean about 'noisy' people! You probably missed the post I had a couple of months ago - I was recording vocals (with an LDC mic) and after a take I went to do another one and hear this low thudding in the headphones, and I'm thinking 'WTF?' Take off the headphones, look around and there is a neighbor kid dribbling a basketball on the street outside while he waits for the bus to drop off a sibling! So I waited 10 minutes to continue tracking.

Too funny Mike, well not. This reminded me of when I finished up Faith only to have my manager tell me there was a cough! 'What cough?' I asked......
It took me about 3 hours to nail that in fact there was a cough! After offending cough was found I was able to remove it. Odd thing is, no one else heard it!
