What a fantastic album…I dug it out, tonight, and threw it on the turntable for the first time in years. WOW, better than I remembered….
Does anyone know who plays lead guitar, with John Lee Hooker Jr., on the A side?

Sorry... don't know the answer to your question.
Tupelo Mississippi has been a favorite for a long time though.
I do love the ol Delta folks... John Hurt, Skip James, Howlin etc... I think I've gotten a few "ideas" from listening to them over the years. (like everyone else)

I used to work with an older lady nurse from Tupelo and I swear the woman was heaven sent.
She ended up being nicer to me than anyone I ever knew including my own family.
I'm thinking they just know a little better down that way about being human and decent to others in general.

I used to play a lot of John Lee's stuff but it's been a loooong time. Sorry, just don't remember.
