youtube troubles...help pls
Posted: Wed Dec 04, 2013 4:36 pmso, youtube has been real squirelly lately on my computer. stop/start video, distorted audio, or no audio at all. i've run scans for bugs and recently defragged....no go. any ideas?

I run a Macbook Pro from 2009 and a while ago had similar problems. Updating all my software and drivers fixed it and the machine runs faster than new.
Posted: Wed Dec 04, 2013 7:27 pmProbably a Flash problem. I get the stop/won't start problem frequently as well as Firefox hanging up for a minute then a "Shockwave Flash has crashed" pop-up. Usually re-loading the youtube page (sometimes a couple of times) gets it working. Never had audio problems, though.
