Stomach virus Monday night had me expelling form both ends. Only thing I ate all day Tuesday was some jello at night. Wednesday went back to work, all I had to east was a can of chicken soup and some more jello. Yesterday, first solid food since Monday.
Last night talked to my mom, who found out from her doctor she will need more surgery for cancer (she had last surgery 2 weeks ago, they didn't get it all).
Today went to a funeral of an old friend (she was same age as me - 57 - and died of pancreatic and liver cancer), but saw some old friends and going to get together this evening for brews and dinners.

Mike, eat some yogurt with PROBIOTIC bacteria in it.
It will help you out..bigtime.
"Activia" is the one that comes to mind.

Here is something eerie to think about. A friend of mine dated a woman who lived close by to where I work. She raised horses and now and again would walk up on one of the horses to say HI.
I havent seen either of them in a number of yrs. This past Wednesday I was in a meeting when someone said "Horse". I went to the window in time to see a woman walking by on a grayish-white horse. That night when I got home from work, I wasnt in the house more than 2 minutes when I got a phone call that my friend had died. Needless to say a chill ran down my spine.

When you looked, do you think it was the woman who died? (or just someone else on a horse)
Or just a reminder that was previous to the message that she had passed?
That gave me a hell of a chill.
Sorry to hijack your thread Mike.. Zar, you could have started a new thread on that one.. Bet that would be a long one as well..

Tracked a bunch of acoustic and vocal tracks for a new song yesterday, 'Heart On His Sleeve'. Music will get you through ...

About 45 musicians that I knew personally and worked with over the years are dead. The older you get the number decreases dramatically. It's a bummer for sure.
