I can't figure me out...

Bob, I have noticed your changing views over the last years. I have noticed at times an increasing angst in some of your posts. I don't know if it helps at all, but I remember watching vids of you and one band playing at a picnic. Pretty damn GOOD. I have much respect for your tonal qualities,timing,creative ideas, and overall excellent musical abilities.

Anger... Bob that can come from many reasons. I had opportunities when I was younger. I had some pretty good ones that I, me, myself, screwed up.
I've made some major mistakes... I'm not going to waste energy on could have, should have, would have. I could be really angry right now. I'm not.

In the end you are what you are.

The most powerful thing about anger, is how it can cloud the sense of reason. It is also a very powerful weapon that can be used against a person to cloud their own beliefs and reasonable thoughts.

The proof of that is the simple discourse that Mark put Crip through and then followed through with out right attacks on me. Means nothing. It only proves to me that in the end he doesn't have any control of the most dangerous tool... Some one else's anger.

Don't get angry Bob... At least here, most would agree, if I say you are a good man. G.

I know you have had a lot of health problems, but is it possible the medications are having that effect on you?

fact: crip posted (spammed) his band's upcoming gigs in two music threads i started. no biggie...i called him on it in a friendly way (keep lying about it glen, but those threads are there if you or anyone wants to check about how i supposedly attacked him). and then he started w the attacks and round and round it went. big whoop. spare us your mock indignation and insincere horror, please.

fact: that had nothing to do with you

fact: crip is a big boy and can handle himself. he doesn't need you running his cause up your flagpole to justify YOUR attacks.

fact: you're increasingly becoming a laughing stock around here and w each attack you make yourself look more desperate and childish. you've actually become a caracature of yourself.

fact: you offer zero in any music discussion and other that putting up a recent song i can't remember the last time you started a thread having any relevance to music.

one thing i do know, bob. you always come off as an honest guy here.

and honesty and integrity garners big points in my book. others w less integrity (glen) will use their anger as an excuse to justify their lying and misleading ways. they'll even use their angst as an excuse to twist facts and outright lie in their "just cause".

Yes I do and I appreciate it. More than you'll ever know. Looks like the really cool band just formed is breaking up, guitar player moving, drummer is deathly ill. Whenever something shows promise it is dashed against the rocks...sometimes of my own doing.

I have a LOT of non-musical issues, too many to list here, too many crosses to bear (no pun intended George). Sometimes a person can take so much crap and start anew somewhere else.

maybe the allergies are effecting you, ? did you not tell us you were of Russian ethnicity and needed to move farther north to acclimate yourself? like a wolverine dies if it lives much farther south than Montana, the wolverine supposedly can't handle the viruses of even a moderate southern climate.. I bet if you move to Canada all your health problems disappear.. what could be closer to a Russian climate then Canada?

Amazing I was thinking the same thing. Most people retire and go south. I need to go north.
