As soon as you guys elected Mywillie as President Of Bandmix he warned Jimmy in no uncertain, capitalized, terms that he better start speaking the official language of Bandmix (looked like Lithuanian) or get kicked off the site.

STOP... I love Jimmy. I have actually enjoyed watching and seeing his musical skills improve tremendously over the past couple of years. I don't particularly enjoy that genre of music... Enough said.

I am a little surprised that any one could piss him off enough to slow down his tirade of slinging personal insults. Band Mix doesn't kick people off, they only censor posts that avoid their method of earning money.

Jimmy will be back. Let the entertainment begin.

Actually, they do - if someone posts nothing but profanity and insults, and you report them, Bandmix will delete that person's account. I reported willie's previous alias and they kicked him out right away. I reported willie, too, but they decided to do nothing.

Someone once complained about me and bandmix sent me an email saying to be considerate of other peoples feelings. Basically it was a very nice warning. I have never complained about other folks on this site as I don't believe in sencoring other peoples right to free speech whether I agree or not is irrelevant. I consider Jimmy a friend regardless of his political leanings!
I believe that bandmix knows they are one of the last remaining forums that recognize free speech. Having said that after someone whines and complains about people on this site with whom they disagree, well eventually YOU lose credibility with the folks that police this forum just my opinion!

Everyone who has been here a while knows that you can enter Bandmix but you can never leave.

Jeff - I don't believe in censorship either, but I do think people who do nothing but insult others and other such derogatory nonsense should be banned, such as willie. Free speech is one thing, being an insulting troll is a whole 'nother ball of wax.

I also think we need to really think about what we are doing. What this country needs is everyone to stand up for the people, instead of sitting here fighting among ourselves.

Remember the saying "united we stand, divided we fall"? We can't get the attention of the crud currently in place in DC by arguing constantly. Instead, we need to be putting our heads together and figuring out how to FIX the insane mess that currently claims to be a government.

it's more serious than that Ted, he has gone.. and I can't say for sure,but maybe my bad manners did play a part in Jimmy leaving, probably not entirely, I was pretty much disrespectful to say the least
