I'm at work so can't check out your demo, but you should include 'hidden' contact information on your profile - only premium members can message you here, most people who browse the profiles are not paying members.

Lindsay, first off you should not cover a cover if you can help it. It's a Cure song, not an Adele song. Go listen to the original track and then try to sing it like you, not Adele. I would like to her your voice on a more upbeat song, that song's too much of a downer and really doesn't highlight your vocals. Best of luck.

I like your voice, but I don't feel this demo is doing you any justice.

I don't feel as I hear emotion, just you, singing a cover.

The recorded mix is killing you.

The vox are way too far out front IMO.

And the result sounds like your trying to restrain your voice to fit the backing track.

I feel you can, and should, produce a much better demo.

Something that displays your talent.

In general, people are not coming to these forums at all to seek out others.

I didn't really dig that too much. None of the interesting musical elements are there. It's not a lounge song. That's not on you... Adele shouldn't of done this song imo. I'd stay away from it. I did listen to her version... again no offense to you but it sucks to my ears.
I don't imagine it was much of a challenge for you either... Do your own thing.
