Awesome Gig

We had a fantastic show Saturday night. We opened the show and whipped through 11 songs in thirty minutes! The other bands were great. Three different girls flirted with me, one asking me if I wanted to hook up. I had to politely decline but it makes an old man feel good to be hit on by younger chicks.

SOunds great Jimmy, I didnt have a gig, but last thursday had a great jam session at my house, then went to another one friday night, got in 8-9 hours of playing betweent the two of them, so life is good.
Sat night me and a buddy were out and got to talking to this awesome looking little bar tender with huge hooters and that petite type body that just takes me over the top, things were going pretty smooth til she told me she wanted to be a SAHM and have 5 kids, she didnt look so good anymore, LOL!

Maybe you just listen too much? Probably would have had a better night if stopped paying attention and just focused on her breasts

John believe me I was focusing on them bad boys! Probably why she said what she did.
Went to an open mic deal last night, played off and on from 8pm til 2am, long night, I got there early and just said I brought my little amp, could I just noodle along, and wound up playing most of the night, except for the people doing thier own originals didnt want to mess them up. Finally one of the guys said John do you have any originals, I said yea I got a good one, the If it flys, floats, or f**k, rent it song, but the end of the song I had about 10 people singing the damn thing with me, it was a hoot.
They were begging me to come back next week, so we shall see, might be a good place to find some musicians, most of them that played were pretty damn good, at the end of the night we had a guy hook his computor up and we put some heavy guitar to this rap thing with 2 guys singing, I know most people here probably dont like that kind of thing, but it was actually pretty cool, me and another guitar player trading off these licks over those rythym tracks.
Anyway another great musical night for me
