this rough specimen has the appearance of a Martin 0-18 ? don't ya agree? only trouble is, no stamps or paper labels found other than the neck block stamp of 4653 (Ser. No.) since Martin did not start indexing ser. nos. until #8000 it leads me to believe this is not a Martin?.. it is not a Lyon & Healy "Lakeside" either since definitely rosewood is used on the back and sides and Lakesides all were made out of oak wood? not a Ditson or John Church & Co. guitar either? not a Washburn Model 1915 either? I think it's European import? a Martin knock-off if you will.. what's your opinion on this guitar as far as luthier who built it? note: ivory peg buttons? nice.. trying to figure if this 5 dollar guitar is worth restoring? the rosette is unusual as well as the backstrip? yeah, I know it's super rough

No idea on maker, and you probably will never be able to find out (go on 'Antiques Roadshow'!)
Looks like way more work that its worth to restore it - a separating top and broken bridge for a start.

Restore it for your own entertainment value if you like. Too far gone for any collectible value unless you knew it was owned by Charlie Christian or Robert Johnson.

Looks like it could be a Washburn. Very similar to this one.
