I'm technologically challenged.
Looking at this i have to wonder.
How is this different than an anti virus service like AVG ?

This browser checker checks your browser to make sure that your browser drivers et al are up to date so there aren't any holes in security that can be breached.
And it works exceedingly well. Now if you never update any drivers associated with your browser, this will tell you which is out of date and needs to be updated.
PS: I don't really care if you use it, but if you do, your machine will thank you. But don't take my word for it, do a little research. You'll find out.

Just trying to keep my bmix family's computers running and possibly avoiding things I already fell prey to.
