KILLED . . .

We just finished a two day engagement at the Henderson Texas Civic Center for the Son's of Abraham & Daughters of Sarah convention.
Thursday, we played well, were well received, but were not really pleased with the overall sound.
Friday however we went in early again ( equipment was still set up from Thursday ) and we moved some speakers worked the balance and we absolutely killed it !
My amp was near the stage and got a little water spilled on it ( not in it thank goodness ) so I had it unplugged setting off to the side.
Called up to do a closer as people were exiting I did not have time to hook it up again.
I had to lip sync . . .
Fortunately the other two guitarist had it pretty much covered.
Best part, the organization wants us to cover their convention in Oklahoma latter in the year!
Good end to a lousy week.
