Dropping like flies.

They played at a rich guy's party in Pasadena - I was the bouncer (sigh).

I liked them.

The first time I saw Devo was in 1980 at the Fox Theater before they remodeled it. We had front row seats, left of center. Devo played all electronic instruments for most of the concert, but at the end for their encore real drums, amps and guitars rose up out of the stage. They played several songs au natural, fantastic! I saw them a couple of years ago, they haven't lost a beat, still great. We're through being cool!

You know what would be a good show>?

Devo and the Talking Heads on the same card.

I wonder who would open up>?

Isn't Devo full of PHD's as well?
Someone just got done telling me that, I seem to recall.

Devo and Tom Tom Club maybe, but you'll never see the Heads again. David "Byrned" that bridge.

Yeah, he's quite a control freak and after "Remain In Light" their music went downhill. Chris and Tina both said they will never work with him again.
