I'm in accord with Vampier. I have a bunch of cats here, all sort of wild. I feed them night and day. Yes there are those that want them away, but so far, even through the harshest winter folks give them what they can from an impoverished society.
I also have an estranged Dog! He announces my coming each and every morning. Folks feed him too, and he's sort of taken to caring for the cats over the years too. God Forbid anyone touched them, meant them any harm. She's to be feared and has once or twice warned folks off from me too, including larger stray Dogs. She allows the cats to take her food, even in the snow, and often sleeps with them during warmer days.
Guess I'll do the washing up, oh wait, that's BLEACH!

One report I saw said he used "his service revolver".
I've not seen a officer of law enforcement carry a "revolver" in twenty years.
I know of no departments that allow or approve of the carry or use of revolvers on duty.
This whole thing stinks of fish ( or is it dead cats )
My .02 . . . Americans and people in general should stop being useless and deal with their issues themselves.
Problem eliminated.
