Yes, that's a great idea.
This is what happens when we elect lawyers to be our representatives. It's not about right vs wrong, but legal vs illegal.
It's not illegal for a marshall to search someone for drugs. He'll get off with nothing while people who don't have his kind of influence are spending years in jail for being around a joint
It's going to boil over at some point....
