I was on my way to Pine Knob with my new bride to see Santana. Right after the concert we jumped in my new LeSabre and drove to Florida.
I obtained a bootleg of the concert a few years ago, I'll have to listen to it tonight.

Whoops, didn't mean to imply I've been married that long, she left me ten years ago. Women can only handle so many years with a musician!

Hahaha....sorry not laughing because she left ya but because I thought you were trying to say, in a round-about way, that it was your 32nd Anniversary.
Don't know why I assumed that.
That was Santana's heyday though. Should be a great concert if the tape has held up that long.

No worries! The concert was transferred to digital quite a while ago, I have a CD (actually two). I listened to some last night and this morning, it features songs from "Inner Secrets" and "Marathon", although "Zebop" was his latest release at the time. It's an excellent recording for a bootleg.
