Week from Rock & Roll Heaven (or Hell depending) coming up. Rehearsal Tuesday and Wednesday, gig with Dover Soul Friday night at The All Around Bar, The Farleys Saturday night at Corktown Tavern and a benefit on Sunday. I need a roadie!

Eat healthy food (and not too much), and don't hang out partying all night after each gig!

GuitarMike gave you sensible advice. I won't. Have a blast - the hard work will be there whether you eat or drink sensibly or not! Might as well enjoy yourself! :wink:

You'll be exhausted no doubt but just think how tight you guys will be and how sharp your chops will be. See there is always an upside! :wink:

Now there's an epitaph for my headstone. "The band was tight and he had sharp chops." But seriously I will have fun, that's the only reason to do it. The benefit on Sunday is for a guy that worked at the bar we're playing at Friday, I guess he got killed.

Jimmy you are one busy s.o.b. and I mean that in a good way Jimmy.I wish I could stunt dbl. for ya except I can't play for sh*t,too far,got a back ache,deep in debt,car won't start,wife hates me,kids detest me,neighbors want to burn me out,but hell you know me I can't complain.All inall Jimmy good luck you'll do fine
