Hi.... I am in a band and we are in need of a keyboard player. I have search the site and messaged quite a few people with no responses. Is this how I am supposed to use the site? Just unsure because I am new. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Send / reply ratio is about 1:20 . . .
Took me several months searching daily or every other day, and messaging everyone in my geographic region ( use the zip code filter on the search function ) that was active in the previous 24 hours ( also a filter on the search function ).
Finally got the people I needed.

You might want to expand your profile with more information. Include some audio tracks or video links. And an email address to contact you (you have to 'hide' it like: me AT Yehoo DOT com). Give people a better idea of what you are looking for, where your band is at musically, song list, etc.
