Nice how you didn't mention a few crucial pieces of info. Like, how storm water runoff is costing 15 billion a year from nitrogen and phosphorus being dumped into Chesapeake Bay. Who should pay for that cleanup? The federal government you are always crying about? No, the residents whose property is preventing the rain water from being absorbed by the ground, that's who. You could post some links when you post your drivel but then you wouldn't be able to make such false and outrageous claims.
