I thought it would be interesting to give it a shot.
It is kinda like Soundcloud, except it includes online software to record and remix your music with or without uploading or downloading anything.
I was sorely disappointed, though.
The program has no way to score an original bassline.
It has many other instruments though.
I sometimes mess around with TuxGuitar, a free program to score music with.

My complaint with that one is that the drums are a little odd and limiting.
No snares.
