Arbitrary and Capricious.

Mayor Boomberg, the mayor of NYC, was shot down today. His large sugar drink ban was called out as Arbitrary and Capricious.

My question is simple... Does any one want to be told how eat, dress, drink, or even play your guitar.

You get it yet, Jimmy?

I wasn't aware that the "No Playing Stairway To Heaven" law had passed in NYC.

That's the problem... Mayor Bloomberg wanted to ban that song because he felt that drinking sugared drinks and listening to Zepplin could could lead to chaos and anarchy. God forbid... suicide.

Mike... You shifted gears so quickly on this. WTF gave you the idea to bring in an old song as a defense? OR... Were you just trying to insert yourself?

LMAO

Beat me to it Glenny. I was just about to post a link.

So Hugo Bloomberg got shot down. But like any wanna be dictator he'll keep trying. Better than doing something constructive for the city like pandering for jobs and the likes.

We have our share of power obsessed control freak libs here too, but nothing like him. Where do these politicians get off? They are truly disgusting with their one for us one for them dual standards. Why can't they just quit screwing with everybody's lives and uphold the rights of the citizens.

Glenny, I have very close friends/Like family- freinds in NY. I cant for the life of me understand why NYC voted Bloomberg in the first place... Is this really what the NYC metro people wanted?

Glenny good to hear from you.

How is the cleanup going in your area? Im sure you have your hands full.

Hows the oil business? in my area we have had a better winter than the past two, so sales have been up to what I thought was normal just a couple of years ago, good thing on my end.

Keep On Rockin Man!

NYC hasn't had a sane mayor since well before 2000.

Bloomberg is a crazy neo-facist zealot. Control is all he cares about. He is an enemy of both the right and left. Some just don't realize it yet.

lol Try working for him.

His little company is over here in Skillman and I've met a few people that work for his company. Great digs, benes, salary and all that, but there's always a down side and more than that I am afraid to write.

The fact that he's in politics in NY is a mistake, but that's merely my own jaded opinion.

Best description of bloomberg yet. Generally speaking union monies put many people such as these in power.

JW... I specifically want to address you... All the last four years we have any contact, you have tempered your reply with intelligence and general good feelings. This has been the toughest winter I have seen. Money be damned.
I like you JW. We need good people.
