One of those is bound to work but I will have to check the calendar and I'm late for a gig in Dallas tonight, and start driving to Chicago as soon as it's over.

thanks for the heads up....and the next 27 rounds is on me! Looking forward to meeting you in person.

Aw, thanks y'all. Looks like Columbia is a bit off the path to Branson and St Louis but think I could make it there between April 17-19th. Don't suppose you're playing Wed/Thur that week? Practise is fine too. I'll bring the Shiner Bock.

I'm in Joplin right now but looks like I'll miss all the drama with Golem and Schmegel, since no venue was mentioned. Darn

On to Chicago.

well, they are all churches....and we wouldn't want to overly sanctify you now, would we? LOL :-) I'm trying to figure out a tour into Michigan in May just so I can meet you, Jimmy.

But tonight is at Willow Creek in north Chicago, and a few other congregations in the area this week before heading to Indiana for a couple more, then Gnashville on the way back to Dallas by the end of the month. Going back through the area in late April with more time in Missouri so I'll have to catch you then, Leonard & Jeff.

The Polish singer I have mentioned here a few times will be doing his first concert in America at St Ferdinand's in Chicago on the 16th. I have joined the team to break him in America and this is our first public concert, and we'll be filming for a documentary.

Mietek is going to be huge here in the USA in a year or maybe two. His english debut CD will come out in the fall and a full tour across the northeast will happen then. I'm certain that Detroit will be on that agenda because there is a huge Polish population in the area. When he is in churches, he'll be singing in Polish mostly, but we're going to get him in to what I call "art gallery" clubs for his english-language release.

What's the coolest singer/songwriter or jazz venue in Detroit?

Bakers for jazz, The Ark in Ann Arbor for singer-songwriter. Bakers is the oldest jazz club in the world.

so you will be spending time in Missouri? the land where Jesus returns to according to Joseph Smith the Saint.. Kansas City is indeed paradise.. the countryside heading north out of Kansas City looks like heaven.. the most gorgeous countryside I have ever seen besides south central Tennessee..
