I never listened to this album back in the day,
but it is currently my favorite album. Who needs new
music when there so much old stuff I haven't heard.

This song kicks ass, this band kicks ass!

Couple of Detroit dudes on guitar, Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner (you've heard me brag about them before, they played on Aerosmith's "Train Kept A-Rollin").

Here's my favorite from that great album:

That is a great album and you did brag on
them in Train Kept a Rolling.

Didn't they lay leads down for Funkadelic also,
I believe on "Sh#t G@dd$mn get off your A$$ and Jam"
that's a killer lead intro.

I did this one in a cover band as well. I actually sang it because it required my crappy voice to sound like Lou Reed. 8)

Strange thing - I was the bass player but had to play guitar on this one (electronics guy did the bass) for reason because as simple as it is I could not play bass and sing it.

Our opening number was "Just one of the boys" which was a favorite Mott tune.

Saw Lou Reed with this band in Atlanta years ago. Really rocked.
