General Music Chat

Why is it every time I come to a site like this, and whenever i ask a simple question pertaining to my specific buddy-buddy music buddy search, I reach people who see me as an asshole, and who constantly try to make me see things from the perspective of an all too serious career minded musician, and who lead me to places online or in person that are geared towards the same?

And why am I running into the typical people who feel like I'm invaldating their suggestions, when that given person is the one who's not paying attention to the details I gave when trying to complain effectively and work out a few glitches in my ad responses, or asking questions to further understand me better as a person, so that person can have a better idea of how to help and what to reccommend.

You are on ignore! You've already done your part much, much earlier when you reccommended I try Craigslist. You need to just move on. Anybody who feels like I'm the asshole needs to take a bigger look in the mirror, because I am a great guy, who's having to deal with a few not so bright individuals at various places, both online and through ad postings.

I'm not going anywhere until I reach some individuals who are a lot nicer, and who will work with me to find some more online message boards to work with.

Come on, there's got to be someone on here who can help lead me to a much better music forum. One with guys on there who like good quality pop and soft rock from the 80s to the present, and who share ideas, and talk about their experiences, and who are much more relaxed than these uptight individuals I keep encountering here.

I know who I am, and I'm not the asshole here. I'm serious, don't listen to those who keep saying I'm the asshole.

All of you who respond to my posts, relax. Don't all respond at once, and ask questions if there is something I stated in a post that you don't fully understand, or if I gave overwhelming info.

Wow! What is the deal with Mike Nobody STILL responding to my posts? Why won't he just worry about himself, and let me move on to someone else? A new group of people who I haven't talekd to yet? Someone who's in his 20s or early 30s, who plays music just for fun, and isn't playing in any band?
