It depends on how you look as "old and fat". It all depends on how the guy takes care of himself. I've come across some guys in their 20s who look look like they are 50, and vice versa.

Also it's not just about looks. Having a personality that matches your look helps as well. In other words, simply being a friendly, likeable guy.

In my case, as you can see by my picture, I look young for my age, like I'm in my late teens.
