I did Theater in that very Gym... Me and some buds would sneak upstairs, back stage in the "green" room and fire up a doobie every now and then... Its amazing how much we got away with... That high-school has always ranked highest in the city. We just knew how to kick ass in everything...
I Miss them days... Man what I'd give to go back... do it all over again...

High school is something I don't care to remember. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I was a hippie among rednecks though I got along with all groups the teaching staff did not like me at all. I suppose thats why I have long hair to this day (though its a mullet) it is still LONG in the back! Business in the front and PARTY IN THE BACK BABY!

I had some bad memories in High school. I was traumatized actually, when I was told that I had to attend it every day and not just on Fridays...

I dont have very many good memories of HS either, but its funny when weve done those reunion things all the gals tell me I was the coolest guy and they all wanted to date me but were afraid of me for some reason.
Even the guys think it was cool that I played in a band and pretty much was just what I was and didnt try to be fake or anything. My mouth often got me in trouble back then, I often had to back it up, I was probably 50/50 in the fights I got into. But a lot of these guys who I thought were the cool guys actually said they wished they could have been more like me, LOL!
I dont remember it that way, but at least I made a good impression on my class mates.

I found taking some lumps from the right people helped me a great deal. I had two very tough fellows (I can verify!) who thought I was cool because I was brave enough to fight them - they kept the hounds away and helped me mingle with both the greasers (red necks) and academics without annoying anyone too badly.
I only learned in my senior year that the chicks thought I was cool. What a daggone dummy I was. That was a great year though!
