Detroit Tops 2013 List Of America's Most Miserable Cities

Not only did we KICK SERIOUS ASS in our drive to being America's preeminent Loserville, we are one of only TWO CITIES to place below 50% in ALL NINE categories being measured! No half measures for the D- when we suck, we suck ALL the way!
