This probably should have been added to the other thread, since we're talking about that kinda stuff.

Its very sad...

There is no way I believe in equality anymore. You cannot tell me that these scumbags who did this are on par and equal to me.

They're just crazies.

I don't care if she was a witch, just as long as she wasn't evil, "why burn her"?

Don't you need a little proof to torch up another human being?
Evidently not..

I'd need a hell of a lot of proof to do something as horrible as all that.

where did you get the notion that New Guinea was the center of progressive thinking?

Ooh that's awful...

I've always been curious as to what the ruby slippers do...

7 league boots?

Flying boots?

Boots of masculinity/femininity? lol

or something worse yet..

Boots of anxiety

Boots of stomping

Boots of bitch

Boots of heavy flow.. lol

or the boots I see most commonly, Boots of Shitkicking. lol
(you wear them when you clean the stalls)

PS isn't the island of new guinea somewhere near the Italian peninsula?
(drum roll and cymbal crash) lol (boooo) (thanks I'll be here all week long) lol

they did the same thing to a witch in southern Iowa only around 18 miles from where I grew up.. it happened way before I was born, but we used to smoke a lot of dope and liked to watch for the strange phenomenon associated with the place...actually the witch's house was a mile or two from STONEKING CEMETARY.. a place where all the cursed Stoneking family died premature deaths from the curse she evoked while burning alive in her house.. don't even get me started on the "Green Hand" ...when you atheists say there is no God or the Devil or spirits on a higher plane (maybe lower astral plane?) than us I just chuckle.. I know.. I've seen it..yes, you could say the Stonekings could not tolerate other beliefs and doctrines..

Ah you mean the Hand of Glory etc...

Ah yeah, that'd be enough to be burned to a crisp for me.

"Don't get caught with the dismembered hand, cause you know the crowd with the torches and pitchforks won't want to hear your excuse(s)".

I don't care what you do with your free time, just as long as you aren't looking to hurt others. If you are one of those, that just opens the door for something even more brutal to happen to those directly involved.

You'd be surprised what people do when it's "go time".
Some don't run because evil isn't invincible, it just wants you to think it is.

I think they have the New Jersey Devil lore around too.. oh the tri-state area must be amazing place to live.. mothman and the whole nine yards..LOL

Mothman is in VA or so I thought and we have a little of this and that in NJ, but not much.

So many people here that if a bunch of people here realized something really bad is going down, it's a mob scene and then you really would have torches and pitchfolks doing the talking.

Impulsive behavior(s) are the order or the day in the tri-state area.

Even the worst baddies move to more remote locales unless they relish attention and discomfort. No, we got gang activity and that can be pretty bad as well but better than full on whackos.

As for the NJ Devil? I think it's a myth, unless you are betting on them to beat the Rangers or Flyers. lol

So what would you do if you discovered by accident that one of your neighbors was a vampire or a witch invoking demons?

Who would you tell? Your wife? She wouldn't believe you. Your friends - they'd ask you what you're smoking.

What would you do?

I ask because I don't know what I'd do. Human enemies are bad enough but supernatural? I just don't know.

But there is a reason I keep a flamethrower in the shed behind the house, and those silver bullets aren't just for display. 8)

Greater is the One in you than all the demons they might conjure.

I'd laugh and invite them over for dinner. Then we'd cook 'em. (jk)

That story is so ridiculous in the year 2013 that I couldn't even connect with it and have any empathy.
I read it out loud to a coworker and I actually had to pause due to laughing a couple times.
