i posted this in tech but noone has been able to help. im want to buy the roland cube 40xl but the pedal that operates the looper is an accessory and expensive. does anyone have this amp and use a different pedal? i have a couple of on/off pedals, and was wondering if the boss pedal that roland uses is special or different in some way

As I recall there were two BOSS footswitches that come with their rack mounted effects, one that lets you change functionality as you hold it down and the other a simple on/off switch.
