It is times like these that freedoms we have need to be expressed. You must use one to express the other. It takes Guts. A loudmouth politician that gets re-elected, not because of his political prowess or the interests of the people he should be serving, attacking their innallienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness needs to know when to stand down. An abuse of power recanted. Freedom of speech is celebrated in music. Music is an art form that expresses our immediate feelings. Parallel to that outreach to others of how we feel at that moment is the feeling of security that one gets knowing they cannot get tread upon without the assailant getting met with resistance. A bass line that says "A Country Boy Can Survive" means nothing if a country boy has nothing in it. A tobacco spit in the eye means nothing without a back up. If someone were to spit on the average citizen- a misdemeanor. Spit on a politician, it is assault. It should be assault for anyone. Disease has been spread with less. Remove people's ability to spit, I don't think so. Remove people's ability to resist... it is happening. I said it before, I'll say it again here. Argue your point if you'd like, but you're not going to gain ground here. The Black Panthers were the violent revolution, as apposed to the peaceful solution. After all, it is Black History Month. Martin Luther King was revered for his peaceful solutions. The revolution was good. Peaceful was good as apposed to violent. How much notoriety would MLK have gotten without the alternative? Remove one element, displace the other. Guitars are a freedom of speech. Guns protect that freedom. It takes Guts to stand behind one to protect the rights of the other two. Should Guitars and song be our best recourse against tyranny? Go back to Breakfast in America album. You'll hear Englishmen talk about how it is to be American. No bravado. Gays getting married today? It's all against our grain brought forth from the Bible. Once, a Chariot was a useful weapon. Now it is the Abrams. A Club used to be a weapon. Still is, unless someone has a firearm. Then it is only a stick to show intent. There are enough sticks of intent getting waved around. Get the message. Someone asked me "why does anyone need to conceal a weapon?" Because intentions are concealed. Ever been sucker punched? If not, you are getting one now. Call it Obama care. Call it Gun Control. Submit or Succumb. These are the last days we have the right to choose, unless you think a spit in the eye is all it should take to get your point across. On any cloudless day, look up in the sky. See many military aircraft flying at any instant. Each second that goes by you will see all that you have paid in "Your Financial Responsibility" go in the way of a vapor trail. Is that a bad thing? It only shows the insecurity of those made to protect us, should we the people not have that ability. Statistics of murders in every city, yet they're there to protect our skys. Why should we the people be left without our securities? Pay Your Dues. If you didn't vote, you voted for them. If you voted for them, you are among the masses that voted for a race not the people. Sing a song. Wait for the Glory.
