exacerbated the homeless problem by turning hundreds of thousands of mentally ill people out on the streets. nice.

cut school funding and started the steady downward spiral of american students falling behind those in other countries.

tried to classify ketchup as a vegetable.

traded arms, money, drugs, and hostages between Iran and the Nicaraguan rebels.

gave chemical weapons to Saddam Hussein.

spent untold amounts of money to continue an unnecessary arms race going w a near bankrupt soviet union when they were all for putting a stop to nuclear proliferation.

he claimed that trees cause most pollution.

he tried to implement Star Wars Defense system....whoa!

and on his watch... more appointed officials were indicted and convicted of crimes than under any other president.
