Horizontal snow showers! The drive in to work was a little tricky this morning but really there would be no problems if people would just slow down a little.

We had a COLD front come thru yesterday. I had to scrape frost off my windshield this morning. It was 37 when I left the driveway, no worries it will be 70 this afternoon. One more cold morning (40) tomorrow and its 50's to mid 70's for the weekend!

I hear you Haley, a couple of nights ago it was 72 at midnite, this morning it was 26 at my house.
In my area if you dont care for the weather just wait 48 hours and it will be totally different.

Jimmy the tornados were east of me, my wifes family lives close to some areas that got hit, but her dad said all that happened was that some limbs and trees got knocked down. I saw where they have closed schools in that area because of flooding and power outages.
A couple of years ago my wife was at her house, and a tornado came thru less than a mile away. It was pretty scary to me, but I remember talking to her and she was calm about it. When I went up, we drove around looking at the damage and this twister sat down and cut a path about 100 yards wide for what looked like a mile and a half.
I did get some info that one of my old racing buddys shop was blown away, and lots of damage to his house.
The night before last at my house, i was awake from around midnite to 4 am listening to the house creak and crack. But I didnt get any kind of damage other than some plants blown around on our back porch.
Thanks for asking
