I had a great birthday yesterday! At work I put a project into production that I had been working on since last May. Then I went out to eat at a five star restaurant - blackened Mahi Mahi, several glasses of excellent German white wine and this fantastic cream puff thing for dessert. After dinner I spoke with my old bass player Kraig who is coming over to jam with my cover band tonight. He just bought a new Roland keyboard and his talents would be a real boost for this band. Kraig is one of those guys that can play any instrument very well. I saw him sing and play keys on "Maybe I'm Amazed" and it sounded just like Paul. Life is good!

Thanks guys! This is a cover band and the main focus is to play out (and make money!) but I suppose we'll be recording something eventually. Probably be more worthwhile to get a decent video of the band. With a good keys guy in the band there's no stopping us. These are Kraig's audition songs for tonight:

Thanks Johnny! Kraig was telling that his new keyboard has an awesome electric guitar patch that he can use on songs where there's no keys and multiple guitar tracks to help fill out the sound. I am so geeked!
