27 years ago I was on my way to Vic Tanny to workout and heard that there had been an accident with the Challenger. RIP brave crew, you are the true heroes.

I was on the road selling fertilizer of all things and stopped at a farmers house and he said come in here, you wont believe this, of course it was all over the TV.

I was in the Apple FM studio's in Amori, Japan taping the American Rockcity Show and it was being broadcast on the FUJI TV station. So when I came to the part of the show for the "Hot Hit Long distance dedication" I dedicated the (new song at that time) Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins. When I think back on that, it seems kinda weird.

I would have hated to be the teacher in that classroom that day.

"Ummm..... Uhhh... that's not good."

Lots of kids watched 9/11 on TV too. Those kind of historic events are a good opportunity for a teacher to really teach.
