I assume you read the whole article, which says that Antartica's ice may be even more unstable than previously thought. 2012 was the warmest average global temperature on record. There is no debate that the glaciers are retreating at an alarming rate; this water must go somewhere. Human being's role in this is debatable but global warming must be seriously addressed. Houston is 50 feet above sea level; you may be taking a boat to work someday.

Yes Jimmy I read that part. I am assuming you read the part about over reaction to the Greenland ice sheet could cause folks to NOT take scientist seriously regarding Antartica!

Most "folks" are stupid cattle. The thinkers of the world recognize there is a problem and are working to fully understand the situation and propose possible solutions. So all you deniers can go back to your hay, we'll let you know if you need that boat.

The climate has never been stable . . .
It's only in the sickness of the self that we consider the current climate to be "optimum".

"Change" is mandatory for the well being of the system and is all a part of the original intelligent design.

I'd love to see better stewardship. But just what are WE ALL willing to sacrifice for that to be a reality ?

This is just another TAX. No body is accounting for where this tax is going!
It is just another tax to take money away from people in the guise of global warming.
I am far less concerned with a supposed problem, than the problem of outright theft through the LAW!

The problem with all of this is the underlying problem of global control. It has nothing to do with any resolution of any problem.
