can't watch video at work.. wish they would post a written article with the video for those who don't want, or can't, watch streaming feeds.

Basically the clip is about an 1872 California law that states only married women can be raped legally. The case involved a guy and a girl getting frisky and she mistook the guy for her boyfriend (obviously alcohol was also involved) and they had sex. Afterwards she accused him of rape.

So nobody who rapes single women in Cali ever gets charged or prosecuted?!? I find that hard to believe.
