Has anyone else had this problem?

Has anyone else had this problem with their account? I cannot get the
following things to update in my account:

commitment level, gigs played; days a week I practice; gigs able to play; or time available.

I am committed, and everyone needs to know that :D

I am kinda new here by the way, I suppose I can introduce myself. . . In short: I will be attending school in Taylorsville, Utah, and I came here (to BANDMIX) to find others interested in moving forward with their music, and performing as a group just around the salt lake city area if possible. I play the Saxophone and the Piano, and have practiced both for a good number of years. I have a love for Jazz Music, and anything moderately close to it. I am glad to hear from anyone who is interested in doing the same.

But if anyone has had that problem with their profile, could you please help me out?

Thanks

Make sure you are signed into your Bandmix account, not just this forum.

Go to your account page. Click on PROFILE at the top of the page, update your information and then at the bottom of that page click where it says UPDATE.

That aught to do it.

Ha ha, OK, I don't mean EVERYONE, I worded that wrong. How about ANYONE who wants to know my commitment level.

That is exactly what I do, but when I reopen my profile, those bubbles are unchecked again. And my profile always tells me that those things need to be updated.

Have you tried messaging BM about it?
I had a problem with my page not too long ago.
It kept showing up as Bandmix mobile, and looked all screwed up.
They fixed it fairly soon thereafter.

Mike is on target here. The Mothership has been very helpful to me as well. Sometimes it takes em a while to get around to responding to my message . . . but have always been polite and helpful thereafter..

Looks like they may have been changing the profile stuff a little - I had links to update instument ability levels and 'searching for' stuff this morning.

Fixed

If you upload a WAV or FLAC file, instead of an MP3, the download is the only option.

Moral of the story: Make sure you convert everything to MP3.
