I'm staying in tonight. I can't remember the last time I didn't gig on New Yr's. I had a few offers to play for chump change but decided to pass.

Our gig fell through. Guess it was a good thing as we decided to just get together play and record in our home studio.
Now our bassist is down with the crud.
Cool rainy weather. Going to take some home made chicken & noodle to my mom at the rehab and retire early.
Not big on "New Years" celebration anyways . . . just another day to me.

Yea Ive got about 10 band invites for gigs tonight. Different folks I have played with thru the years.
Kinda makes me miss it, but I havent done a New Years show in a few years, we sorta made the decision unless it was some real money involved that we would just pass on em.

We don't do New Years Eve gigs. Playing next Saturday though! We just decided we gig all year long so lets spend New Years Eve with the family! my 2cd oldest has the biggest house so we are headed there. Eat drink and be merry! I am taking my acoustic so there will be live music from the OLD MAN!
