In 2002, dealers sold 350,000 guns in California.

In 2011, dealers sold 600,000 guns in California.

Over the same period, firearm-related injuries dropped by 25% and firearm-related deaths dropped by 11%. (both due to a reduction in crime)


QUESTION:
a) How many more guns need to be sold annually in California to reduce firearm injuries by 99.999%?

b) How many more guns need to be sold annually in California to eliminate firearm deaths altogether?

One good nuke could remove the California problem...except for some gangs in East LA... They wont ever go away.

The safest places for a crazy to attack are "NO FIREARM ZONES"
Schools, college campuses, military bases,NYC, Even combat ships, such as the USS COLE.

We all know that this anti gun agenda is not about stopping gun crimes. Less than .19 of 1% of gun crimes are committed by registered gun owners.

There is not one single place where gun violence has not decreased where gun ownership has increased. Only a fool would accept the lies of those wanting to dis arm America in face of the facts.

This is simply about those who wish to take the rights of all Americans by removing the guns from the hands of those who would resist them. And that simply because they are cowards who rule by fountain pen and decree.

Reason to worry - if you werent all ready. Our wonderful friends in govt have been 'fast and furiousing' guns to gangs in the Indianna / Chicago area. Dead mexicans weren't enough for those blood thirsty swine.

What a great idea.

Gangs in larger cities are now believed to have crew served weapons. In Chicago the clown mayor already uses some gangs to assist with 'security.' It's really looking like pre-nazi Germany around here.

I live in a M13 district.

During the summer in the alley I heard a Bang Bang Bang then a Boom Boom Boom Boom of a bigger gun. While I stood there a car of gang bangers screeched out of the alley at about 45mph and increased as they hit the street. About three minutes later a cop came around the corner a block ahead of me. I went in the street to flag him down. I told him what had happened a couple of minutes ago and he all but yawned while I was speaking to him. Then he said "I have to go now, I was on another call" Yeah right. He came down the street at about 25mph.

I am going to decoupage a couple of targets with good grouping on my side and front door with a sign that says.

"Welcome!
You had better be".

That's pretty funny. The number of accidental shootings and death by suicide using a gun has remained the same. No matter if everyone in the state had one these rates would most likely raise or in the very least remain the same. As is stated at the bottom of the article, these numbers are a coincidence, the result of an overall decrease in violent crimes. Nice try but fail.
