I can understand why Kurt Cobain fell in love with her.
But, she's too manipulative and psychotic for me.
A total social-climber type.

The first Hole album and early singles are pretty good.
But, the more control Courtney took over the band, the less impressed I was.

I think it's funny that she's given credit for creating the "kinderwhore" look, totally ignoring Frightwig, Babes In Toyland, etc.

Well part of me hates her because of the whole Cobain torture aspect. And I ain't so sure that it was a suicide...

My ex fiancé looked a lot like her, so that doesn't help.
Kurt and Billy Corgan helped her write most if her stuff - or wrote it for her.

Despite all of thst -- I think Doll Parts is a starkly beautiful song
