Technology is amazing. My first computer used a cassette recorder for memory.

Yep me too (1985). You had to submit your job and come back the next day to find out if it ran or bombed. This new PC has 8gb of ram and 1tb of disk space. Unreal.

Good thing you're a drummer, we can carefully position the cymbals and toms to hide you on stage. :)

PC? Aren't you too old to be playing with toys?

You NEED a Mac, bro.

Once you go mac, you'll never go back!

Nah, Mac's are great for graphics programs like PhotoShop and music editing programs like Pro Tools (we run PT on a Mac at the studio) but most business software is still PC based.

You can run PC programs on macs now, can't you?
It kinda makes owning a PC redundant, if you have a mac.

You can run Mac programs on a PC too (Hackintosh). I need to be able to work from home occasionally so a PC is a must.

Problem is PC programs run like crap on macs. I support both in our office and macs are amazingly difficult to use and support IMO, it generally take 5 clicks on a mac to achieve the same thing as 3 clicks on a PC.. generally speaking. Office apps (outlook 2011 for mac) run like dog turds and are rife with bugs.

I built a PC at home with 16GBRAM, 1TB HDD (7500rpm), i7 processor, and a 1gb radeon graphics card, the thing smokes ... and world of warcraft / diablo 3 run like silk with all graphics maxxed.

Yep, I'm a gamer.
