can't figure out why Wayne Perkins did not beat out Ronnie Wood for the guitar slot with the Stones after Mick Taylor quit....this is Wayne Perkins playing lead guitar here, and tell me that he ain't simply the best guitarist you have ever heard?

The answer is obvious isn't it? Perkins had the chops but at the end of the day, he didn't have the look of a Rolling Stone. Ron Wood did.... That's all there is to it...
