I saw Billy Preston open for Uriah Heep in 1973, the only concert I ever had front center row for (my uncle was the promoter). I was so close I think some of Billy's sweat flew on me. I also smoked a doob with David Bryon as he sat on the edge of the stage singing "July Morning".

Ewww nothing more disgusting that going into a concert crowd dry and coming out soaked with the world's sweat and a little of every cologne/perfume in the world on you.
(ooh who stomach, whoa, easy, keep it down) lol
And sweat is just below spit on the scale..
I'd rather have someone's blood on me and that's not really all that either, lemme tell ya.
Oooh I got to stop this now before we get all queasy on a Sunday night. lol

I remember when it came out... I also discovered root beer floats then... Me an my pals ( were 10 years old) and would hang around this burger shop and drink floats, and listen to the juke box. Billy Preston was always spinning ... Good memories
