What are you thankful for?

As for me I’m thankful for a lot of things, too many to list.

The turkey (Not referring to anyone on BM) is cooking in the oven while my buddies are Jamming acoustically in the living room, the women are laughing their asses off don’t know why…too much eggnog or somebody is hitting sour notes? Got to make sure my instrument is in tune, but who cares it’s a good day.

Hope yours is just as good.

No shelter run this time, I don’t need it I think, I hope.

... very nice Post Stringdancer ... I wish you and your comrades the best. I am thankful that we can all still continue to disagree, agree, discuss and create on here and in our homes. We must savour it for life is fleeting.

Happy Thanksgiving Stringdancer, Haley, and everyone on Bandmix... even the grumpy ones. :D

My family has been very blessed this year and today we celebrated with 15 at my house. The weather was 82F and gorgeous, turkey and trimmings were excellent and I am now stuffed to the gills. My two son-in-laws even pitched in and handled all the dishes!

We sincerely believe in sharing good fortune so last week my wife and good friends put together two thanksgiving feasts to give to less fortunate families nearby. The college students in our church volunteered to deliver and help them with preparations. I hope they had a very marvelous day as well.
