A black female bus driver started talking politics to me yesterday. I must say it got very interesting. She said "that Mitt Romney he got all those children and you know he didn't have them with just that one woman! He's a Mormon you know"

This same Lady told me a while back "you know where all dat talent is" I said no where? She said "all yo autist, singa's, musicians they in the pen" I swear I am NOT making this up it is TRUE!

Every President has at least 30 wives and boatloads of children... We just don't hear about it because they keep settling out of court.

the other side of the story is of course how the republicans came to hand it over to the democrats.
got drunk with power and couldn't keep their hands out of the till.
if they had kept their commitments and not surrendered to greed they might have been able to avoid this mess altogether.
so like you say
1st we got gay ass barney frank then obama.
so in fact this mess is the republicans fault, cause their own supporters threw them out.
the voters saw what was going on.
their mistake was falling for the obama campaign lies.
now things have ground almost completely to a halt.

the real question is how will the congressional elections pan out.
if the there isn't a majority one way or another in the house and senate
it will hard going for another 2 yrs at least.

When both of them are liars, what difference does it make when you fall for their lies?

lies vs lies? Whose lies are worse?

Is that the lesser of 2 evils?

Fing get rid of both of them. One is inept and the other is an asshole, take your pic.

oddly enough it makes a difference,
to start demanding that politicians keep promises, or not "speak with forked tongue"
or not cater to the highest donor, well you might just prefer to spend your time wishing for a million dollars.
you still have to make the best choice you can based on what you would like to see happen.
it's always been like that
it will always be like that
you can't live your life like a 6 yo who just found out that mommy and daddy lied about Santa Claus.

Oddly enough,,, 20 or so years ago Jersey elected a senator that won in a tight race. I don't remember his name or what he voted on,,,, BUT, he ran on a platform that every one thought was proper. Help me here if any one remembers.
Any way as soon as he was elected and the money started to fill his pockets he changed his views on everything he was elected on.
His answer was simple. I know better than you asshole voters, and you didn't elect me because of my positions that helped me get elected. You morons voted me in because you trusted me to use my superior intellect to make decisions, even if you are all wrong.

Now who was the senator that got called into the presidents office just before the vote on the national health care bill. He was against it. He CHANGED his vote and then retired.

These are traitors to the American Constitution. They sell us out all the time, and get us to point fingers at the evil corporations.

NO. The blame falls directly on the people we blindly elect to protect our values. SO MANY SHEEP!

The most horrifying part of all of this is that people DO have a choice, and refuse to take it, because they have been taught to believe that there are only two choices, and that the 3rd and 4th choices can't win. That a majority of the population (THE MAJORITY who could elect any candidate they wanted) just doesn't see it speaks volumes about the stupidity and gullability of the average american voter.

It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy when you vote for dem or rep. You are voting against your own best interest, and can't even see it.

Happy voting day.

The fiscal cliff should be interesting ... hope the Teabaggers, Grover Norquist and the GOP don't drag you guys & the world down the bottomless pit with their uncompromising ways ... like they did with the debt ceiling ... that could be real bad :(

That makes no sense whatsoever.
The only reason Canada stands is America. You are an OUTSIDER, and you keep sticking your big nose into American politics. Meanwhile all the few that have money in Canada are worried about where they can get good health care if they can't pay cash anymore.

Go on,, Tell your budds here,,, A stent placement used to take 2 months in Canada,,, now the time wait is up to 8 months. HERE,,,, EVEN IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT,,,, IT IS HOURS.

This is the same stuff that is happening around the world,,, you don't count,,,,you die.

NOT IN AMERICA DUDE! At least not yet. SHUT THE FUCCK UP OR TAKE OVER MY COUNTRY!
