The reference might have specifically pointed to Women Owned Small Businesses (Already active)

In any case they are treated like an entitlement. (As if females in business were still an exception and not the norm) They really need to update those band-wagon leftist policies and absorb women owned small businesses as normal, functioning businesses.

Assuming half of the 47% of people who won't vote for Romney are women, I would venture that Romney's support among women is probably now about 37% (I did the math), and given that his support among blacks is about 3.4% (I did the math) and Latinos is about 17.3% (I did the math) I would say the election is already over.
